If you have placed your order by email we will reply with an invoice, by email, which can be paid by Bank Transfer (BACS), Cheque, International Bank Transfer (IBAN) or by PayPal (if paying by PayPal a 3% surcharge).
Once paid and the funds have cleared we will dispatch your items to you. We use major domestic and international couriers, including Royal Mail, P4D, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and Parcelforce.

Our Sets are individually manufactured by hand using the traditional methods. They are not mass-produced and are often made-to-order. Each batch takes several hours to make. Therefore, please allow the following estimated timeframes before dispatch:
3-4 Sets: 3 working days
5-8 Sets: 4 working days
9-11 Sets: 6 working days
12-15 Sets: 8 working days
More than 16 Sets: a minimum of 10 working days (per 16+ Sets)

- All wholesale UK orders usually dispatched within 2-5 working days, depending on the size of the order, after payment cleared. Overseas orders dispatched shortly after payment clearance and/or when established, usually within a few days of placing your order with us. We are renowned for a prompt service and dispatch.

Returns
- Full refund available for cost of items, within 14 days, if returned in perfect condition; as sold to you, and unused (more info below).
Deliveries
- Large wholesale orders will automatically be sent by tracked mail.
We will supply you with a tracking code by email so that we and you can follow the progress of your parcel to its destination via the courier's website.
- Speed of delivery depends on availability of stock. If you place a substantial order, where we need to order-in extra supplies (eg bottles), we will contact you with details of the estimated times of delivery. Substantial orders or supplier delays may take slightly longer. We will always keep you fully informed.
- All parcels are securely packaged with ample protective wrapping. In transit damage is exceptionally rare because we package our parcels with care and consideration, but please do inform us of any problems by email within 5 days of receipt. You will need to supply jpg photos of damage, by email, thank you.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch in UK.
- International: The post office advises that overseas orders can take up to 25 working days to arrive, after dispatch, however, we have found that items can take as little as a week or two to arrive (particularly within Europe). Items will usually be posted by airmail tracked International Tracked or International Signed. We can also send item on a pallet by cargo ship to many territories throughout the world. This is a more economical method, however it takes several weeks longer by ship than by air. Items sent by ship usually considered for orders weighing over 50 KGS at your discretion.
- Larger parcels sent outside the UK may occasionally have delays at your country's customs. This does not happen often, is random, and is at the discretion of your country's customs. They may require you to sign an acceptance form and/or pay import duties, before they will release the parcel to you. As our Flower Essence products are preserved in alcohol (brandy) this occasionally attracts the extra attention of the customs authorities. It is entirely your responsibility to communicate with the customs authorities, should they contact you (if they contact us we will help in every way we can too). If you decide not to accept the parcel, for whatever reason, the courier/customs may either destroy the parcel or return it to us. In either case you will not qualify for a refund unless the parcel is promptly returned to us, in perfect condition (it is the original courier who will return, with whom we will liaise). If the parcel is returned because you wouldn't accept it - you will not be refunded the send or return cost of shipping (see details below).
Terms of sale
- All orders must be paid for in advance of posting/shipping.
- RRP = Retail Recommended Price.
This is the Retail price that we sell items for; to the public. We suggest that price you sell at is no more than 25% either way (no greater than 25% cheaper or 25% more expensive than the UK RRP).

- Where applicable: VAT charged to UK based customers (for you to recoup in the normal way if you are a VAT registered business).
- Where applicable: VAT / Tax not charged to EU based customers (based outside the UK) who are VAT registered.

- Please store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, below 77F.
- If required you will be supplied with images of our products (usually via dropbox.com or wetransfer.com) which you can use to promote and sell our products. You have permission to use these images for the sole purpose of promoting and selling our products only. Available as low res. good quality web-ready 72dpi images for websites or large high res. good quality for print, upon request.
- Note: we do not compromise on production of our products therefore we cannot supply our Bach Flower Essences in very large quantities. This particular product takes time to prepare and make, therefore they cannot and will not be mass-produced.
- If you would like your company to be included on our Links and Stockists webpages (as appropriate) please provide the following details:
- Your Company Name/Contact Name;
- A one line description or strap line;
- Contact details e.g. website address and/or shop location;
- Logo (if you have one).
The 4 different WHOLESALE Shops
- UK CUSTOMERS - VAT is added to all products as normal (A1)
- WORLD CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK & THE EU - No VAT added to any product (B2)
- EU CUSTOMERS NON-VAT REGISTERED - VAT is added to all products as normal (A1)
- EU VAT REGISTERED CUSTOMERS - No VAT added to any product for EU VAT registered companies (not including UK) (B2)
You must purchase products from the correct shop (A1 or B2) that applies to:
1. Where you are based;
2. Where the items are to be sent, and;
3. From where the payment is being made.
If you accidentally purchase products from the incorrect shop your order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded to enable you to purchase the products again from the correct shop.
If you repeatedly purchase from the incorrect shop your Trade Account may be closed.
